Jane (Kroft) Bubp

C. Jane Bubp, 76, of Saint Marys, Ohio, died suddenly at 12:52 P.M. Saturday, February 14, 2026, in the Emergency Department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in Saint Marys.

She was born January 26, 1950, in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of Traveolyn and Demaris (Hoyng) Kroft.

She married James E. Bubp on July 25, 1970; he preceded her in death on March 22, 2006.

She is survived by her sons: Jamie (Brandy) Bubp of Quincy, Ohio; Jason (Sherri) Bubp of Wapakoneta; by her grandchildren: Carter Lee Bubp; Josey Bubp; Haley Drudmand; Connor Bussey; Madison Mauch; Brodie Mauch. She is also survived by her siblings: Greg Kroft of Marietta, Ohio; David Kroft of Celina; Robin Hall of Celina; Steve Kroft of Saint Marys. She is survived by her sisters-in-law Bonnie James of Troy, Ohio, and Kristie (Chuck) Black of Montezuma.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; by her sisters Melody Main and Kristy Figley. 

Jane was a homemaker. She loved traveling to the beach, gambling and spending time with her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to K9's For Warriors, an organization which provides service animals for veterans suffering from the effects of PTSD.
