Charles Gary Kitchen, 68, of 16244 Ohio 66 North in rural St. Marys, OH died Friday, May 4, 2012 at his residence.

He was born April 24, 1944 in Lawrence Co., KY to Milton G. Kitchen and Lydia Newsome.

On March 28, 1964, he married Colista Middleton in Olive Hill, KY, who died February 12, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his father, Milton Kitchen; his mother, Lydia Mabry; and brothers, Berkley “Cubby” Mabry and Odus Mabry.

He was a retired production employee from the St. Marys Foundry Co. 

His favorite pastimes included hunting, fishing, and tending his vegetable garden.  He was a devoted and loving family man, who was affectionately referred to as “Papa Kitchen” or “Uncle Gary” by those who knew him.
