Donna Rose Jacobs, 68, of 111 S. Buckeye Street in St. Marys, OH died 2:25 a.m. Saturday February 4, 2012 at Kindred Hospital in Lima, OH.

She was born March 14, 1943 in Detroit, MI to Elmer C. and Florence L. (Duffern) Kusterer.

On March 4, 1967 in St. Marys, OH, she married Jack A. Jacobs, who survives.

She is also survived by:  

Son, David (Tammy) Jacobs  of St. Marys, OH

Sister, Doris Clark  of Northville, MI

Sister, June (Douglas)  Jumisco  of Springhill, FL

3 grandchildren: Shelby, Seth and Matthew

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Todd Jacobs; brother, Chuck Kusterer; brother, Glen Kusterer; sister, Joyce Mahle.

She was a homemaker and worked as a production employee for the Copeland Corp. in Sidney, OH for a number of years.

She was a member of VFW Post # 9289 Auxiliary in St. Marys.  She also was a member of St.Marys Eagles Auxiliary. 

Her favorite pastimes included playing cards and bingo.

Rites are scheduled 1:00 p.m. Friday February 10, 2012 at Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Burial will be at the Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.

Visitation   5 - 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home on High Street.
