Edward Grant, Jr., 51, of 817 Rosedale Ave., St.Marys, OH, died suddenly on Wednesday, August 15,2007 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH after suffering an apparent heart attack.

He was born October 3,1952 in Norfolk, VA, the son of Edward and Shirley (Spencer) Grant. His father survives in St.Marys; his mother preceded him in death.

He married Kristina Minnich on November 5,1999.  She survives at the residence.

· Brother, Robert (Teresa) Grant, St.Marys, OH

· Brother, Jack (Teri) Grant, St.Marys, OH

· Sister, Cam Grant, St.Marys, OH

· Numerous nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Ed was a 1974 graduate of St.Marys Memorial High School.  He was employed at Acme Metal in St.Marys where he was a metal fabricator. 

Ed loved hunting and fishing, traveling to NASCAR races, being outside and spending time with kids.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 17,2007 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road, St.Marys, OH, Pastor Bill Spencer officiating.

Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be directed to the family.
